Terrible customer service

I placed two orders back to back because the first one somehow erased half of my items. I was a few dollars under the free shipping amount due to this error. I emailed immediately and explained my situation, and they refused to refund me the $10.99 shipping even though I spent about $400!

Wrong size

The quality and color are great, but it's way too big and loose. I always buy size L, and my previous Manchester jackets were also size L, but this one fits much larger than expected and feels like it's at least one size bigger than the actual size. I'm very disappointed.
