We hope you enjoy your purchase from United Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. A returns proccessing fee will be deducted from your refund. To create a return, use the Returns Portal.
To create a return, you will need your email address and the Order ID (this can be found on your Order Confirmation email). If you are within the 30-day return window and are experiencing issues with the portal, please contact our Customer Services team here, who can help you with your return.
Returns Policy:
- You can return an item up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with any swing tags and all labels included.
- If you are returning your full order, United Store will refund our standard delivery charge, in addition to the full value of the products.
- You will be charged a returns processing fee, which will be confirmed through the Returns Portal. This fee will be automatically subtracted from your refund. For returns from the UK mainland, the returns processing fee is currently £6.00. For returns outside the UK mainland, the returns processing fee may vary.
- Please note, we cannot offer to exchange your item for a different item.
- Please note, we cannot offer returns on some items unless they are damaged or faulty. These include personalised products (merchandise printed with a player’s name - even if they subsequently leave Manchester United - personal name or squad number to your specification); perishable goods (including food); swimwear; underwear; socks; DVDs; grooming products; goods sealed for hygiene reasons.
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days from when we recieve your return.
- Please note the Megastore will not accept returns for orders placed online so please follow the online returns process using the portal.
