My Orders

You can track your order using our Tracking Portal. You may receive additional information from your local carrier once your order is In Transit.

We always aim to ship your order as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to dispatch your items. If you can any concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service team here.

We apologise if you have received a faulty or damaged product from United Store. We check every item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards, however, if you have a concern, please contact our Customer Service team here, so we can arrange a full refund and offer you free delivery on your next order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation or the changing of an order once it is placed as we try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already have been processed.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team here to request this and we will do our best to help you.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under Part 3 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You will be given an estimated delivery date when you place your order. This varies depending on the country the item is being shipped to and the selected delivery options.

United Store offers same day dispatch on orders made before 2pm UK time on a business day for UK and International Express orders.

For UK orders, Express deliveries will usually be delivered in 1 business day, and Standard deliveries will usually be delivered in 2 business days. Please allow an additional 24 hours for personalised items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any special delivery instructions. Once your order is In Transit, your local carrier may accept them, however, United Store does not accept any liability for special delivery instructions.
